Dr. Cymanthia "Cyam" Connell is an integrative and board‑certified family physician born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She is the founder and Medical Director of Bridge Direct Primary Care, where she emphasizes an insurance‑free, Direct Primary Care model that focuses on preventive wellness, personalized care, and holistic health. Dr. Cyam’s philosophy centers on building strong doctor‑patient relationships, offering same‑day access, and integrating nutrition, botanical medicine, and lifestyle counseling into routine family medicine.

She earned a B.S. in Anatomy & Cell Biology from McGill University and received her M.D. with honors from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency as Chief Resident at Atlanta Medical Center and pursued a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Connell is a bestselling author, philanthropist, and co‑founder of The Momentum Collective, a non‑profit supporting scholarships for biomedical research.
