Dr. Clint Flanagan, MD, is the founder and CEO of Nextera Healthcare and North Vista Medical Center. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed his residency at St. Mary’s Family Medicine Program in Grand Junction, CO. Dr. Flanagan is board‑certified in Family Medicine and has over 14 years of experience as an emergency physician, serving underserved communities throughout Colorado and abroad.
As a pioneer of Direct Primary Care, Dr. Flanagan launched Nextera Healthcare in 2009, Colorado’s first DPC practice. He emphasizes affordable, unlimited primary‑care access, building long‑term relationships with patients and offering virtual consultations. He is actively involved in DPC policy, testifying before state legislatures and serving on the steering committee of the National Direct Primary Care Coalition.
