Cindy Freeman, AAPRN, FNP-BC, is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings with expertise in preventative health, wellness, chronic disease management, health coaching, and acute care. Cindy’s passion lies in educating her patients on how to maintain good health and effectively manage chronic conditions. She emphasizes the Direct Primary Care model, highlighting longer appointments, transparent pricing, and a relationship‑based approach that removes insurance middlemen. Cindy earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington and also holds bachelor’s degrees in Biology & Psychology and Nursing. She resides in Central Florida with her husband and two children and enjoys beach outings, sporting events, concerts, and exploring new foods and cultures.
