Christine Hoffman

Dr. Christine Hoffman is a board‑certified Family Medicine physician based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She earned her MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 1993 and completed a residency in Family Medicine at The Medical Center of Beaver in Beaver, Pennsylvania in 1996. Following her residency, Dr. Hoffman served as an Associate Clinical Professor at East Carolina University College of Medicine (1996‑1998) before joining Physician Partners of Middle Tennessee in 1998. In 2000 she entered private practice with Family Practice Partners, where she was a partner for over 16 years, providing comprehensive primary care to the community.

In March 2017, Dr. Hoffman transitioned her long‑standing practice to the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, opening Vanguard Direct Family Medicine – the first DPC office in Rutherford County. She believes that eliminating insurance middlemen allows her to spend more time with each patient, offering personalized, affordable care with 24/7 access. Her DPC philosophy emphasizes a partnership with patients, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and same‑day appointments without co‑pays or visit limits.
