CHRISTINA MUTCH

Dr. Christina (Araj) Mutch, DO, is a Family Medicine specialist based in Williamsburg, VA. She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology & Health Science at The College of William & Mary and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. After medical school, Dr. Mutch completed a family medicine residency at VCU/Riverside Regional Medical Center, where she honed her skills in comprehensive primary care.

In August 2020, Dr. Mutch co‑founded Defiant Direct Primary Care, a boutique DPC practice dedicated to providing proactive, relationship‑focused care without the constraints of insurance bureaucracy. She is board certified in Family Medicine with a special interest in longevity medicine and menopause, and she is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). Dr. Mutch’s philosophy centers on long‑term health partnerships, personalized treatment plans, and empowering patients to take charge of their wellness.
