Hello, my name is Dr. Christa Springston. As a board-certified Internal Medicine physician (M.D.), I have a desire to offer improved care for people and their health outside of the conventional healthcare system. HealthSprings Direct was established in 2020 with aims to provide enhanced primary medical care without the limitations imposed by most insurance-based care. As an advocate for whole-body health, I will help guide you in behavioral, dietary, and habitual improvements to maximize your energy and functionality and prevent life-altering disease processes. I practice medicine based on continually evolving scientific evidence, safety, and efficacy while always considering the entire individual. I am certified to perform Class 1, 2 and 3 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Exams. Continuing education is important to me as a participant in the Maintenance of Certification program through the American Board of Internal Medicine. Within the community, I volunteer as the medical director, board member and provider for The Healing Bridge Clinic, a non-profit medical clinic caring for the underserved locally. As the medical director for Peachtree City Fire and EMS and Fayette County Fire and EMS, I enjoy working with firefighters, EMTs and paramedics with their medical protocols and procedures through education and training.
