Insight Life Care was founded by Chris Nussbaum, MD, FHM in 2013 after 25 years of practicing internal medicine in different environments. With a passion for people and a realization that the current healthcare system is not set up with patients in mind, Dr. Nussbaum committed to creating a practice that brings old‑school, one‑on‑one physician‑patient relationships back to modern medicine and removes the pain points of traditional primary care. Through his DPC philosophy, Dr. Nussbaum’s approach to internal medicine consistently delivers care with competence, concern, and service not found at other primary‑care practices.

Dr. Nussbaum is an expert diagnostician and clinician with over thirty years of experience. He is a Fellow of Hospital Medicine, follows his patients in the hospital, and provides house‑call services, ensuring continuity of care across all settings.
