Dr. Chris Imperial is a Family Medicine physician with a passion for comprehensive family care. He completed his undergraduate education at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Imperial’s medical journey included a family medicine residency in Kingston, New York, where he deepened his commitment to holistic, whole‑person health. He founded Rooted Family Health to provide accessible, affordable primary care through a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes longer visits, direct communication, and community‑focused wellness.
