Dr. Chelsea Mooreland, known as “The Community Doctor,” is a board‑certified Family Medicine physician and the founder of Life Cycle Direct Primary Care (DPC). She created the practice to provide high‑quality, affordable, subscription‑based primary care that eliminates insurance middlemen and prioritizes the doctor‑patient relationship. The practice emphasizes health equity, cultural competence, and a judgment‑free environment, offering patients unlimited access, in‑house labs, and transparent pricing.
Dr. Mooreland earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida A&M University and her medical doctorate from The Ohio State University, where she also completed her residency with a focus on women’s health and obstetrics. Her commitment to community health has earned national recognition, including being named a 2022 “40 Under 40 Leader in Health” by the National Minority Quality Forum.
