About
Dr. Chad Cozart spent his childhood in Manchester, TN. After high school he moved to Cookeville, TN where he earned a computer science degree from Tennessee Technological University, met his wife Michelle, and later completed a master’s degree in biotechnology at MTSU. He attended medical school at DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Cozart believes medicine works best when it is simple, individualized, and preventive, and he partners with patients to achieve better health outcomes.
Since returning to Tennessee in 2018, Dr. Cozart and his family live in Hendersonville, where he emphasizes quality time, personal care, and direct communication with patients through text, email, and phone. He is committed to the DPC model, offering ample appointment time, transparent pricing, and a focus on community involvement.
