About
Dr. Cathleen Mok is a Board Certified Osteopathic family physician, who grew up in Leominster, MA. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Boston University, she attended Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. While in medical school, she completed an undergraduate fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. After graduation from medical school, she completed a rotating internship at Illinois Masonic Medical Center, followed by a Family Medicine residency at LaGrange Hospital. Upon completion of residency she began her career in a traditional Family Medicine practice, where she enjoyed caring for her patients and their families. As her practice grew, she transitioned into Occupational Medicine to balance family needs, expanding her procedural skills and acupuncture practice. In 2019 she discovered Direct Primary Care, aligning with her philosophy of a personal physician‑patient relationship, and founded Envision Health to provide affordable, relationship‑focused primary care.
