CAROLINE STEPHENS

Dr. Caroline Stephens graduated from the College of Charleston and earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Cabarrus Family Medicine in Concord, NC and has been practicing since 2007. Dr. Stephens is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and focuses on the management of acute and chronic illnesses, well‑visits, sick visits, and sports physicals for patients of all ages.

She chose to transition to a Direct Primary Care/concierge model because she values spending ample time with each patient, building strong relationships, and addressing not only medical concerns but also personal aspects of her patients' lives. In this model she can provide longer appointments, same‑day access, and a more personalized, preventive approach to family health.
