CAROL BRIDGES

Dr. Carol Bridges earned her MD from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine in 1995 and completed a family medicine residency in Spokane, Washington in 1998. After relocating to Missoula, Montana, she has been providing comprehensive primary care for more than two decades. In 2007 she co‑founded CostCare, a Direct Primary Care practice that offers affordable, transparent, and patient‑centered family medicine services.

At CostCare, Dr. Bridges emphasizes the Direct Primary Care model’s core values: eliminating insurance middlemen, offering same‑day or next‑day appointments, and maintaining open, direct communication with patients via phone, text, and video visits. She believes that longer appointment times and a personal relationship with each patient lead to better health outcomes and higher satisfaction. Her practice focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and urgent care, all delivered with a commitment to accessibility and continuity of care.
