Dr. Candice Cavicchia Miller is a board‑certified family medicine physician who founded Sparrow Family Medicine to bring Direct Primary Care (DPC) to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Her philosophy centers on whole‑person, whole‑household care, offering unlimited visits, same‑day or next‑day appointments, and direct access by phone, text, or email. By removing insurance constraints, she can spend more time with each patient, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, and personalized treatment plans.

Dr. Miller earned her medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed a residency in Family Medicine at Lancaster General Family Medicine Residency Program. She brings experience from previous roles at SouthEast Lancaster Health Services, Oyster Point Family Practice, and Penn State Lime Spring.
