CAMMY BENTON

Dr. Cammy Benton, MD, ABIHM, IFMCP, graduated from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in 2000. She completed a transitional year in Baltimore before finishing her Family Medicine residency at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2004. In 2016 she earned a functional medicine certification from the Institute of Functional Medicine and also has training in Ayurveda, integrating ancient and modern approaches to health.

As the owner and Direct Primary Care (DPC) provider at Benton Integrative Medicine, Dr. Benton combines her extensive training with a patient‑centered DPC model. The practice limits membership numbers to ensure same‑day appointments, 24/7 portal access, and ample time for each visit, allowing her to focus on root‑cause medicine, functional health, and holistic wellness for her patients.
