C. Wes Clements

C Wes Clements III, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing at Tailored MD in San Antonio, TX. He graduated from Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed his residency training in Family Medicine at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Dr. Clements moved to San Antonio, earned board certification in family medicine, and founded Tailored MD to provide Direct Primary Care. He believes conventional care often emphasizes speed over patient connection, leading to over‑medication and excessive referrals. By adopting the DPC model, he aims to offer accessible, personalized primary care with ample time for each patient.
