Brock Frazier

Brock Frazier (PA-C) joined the Command Family Medicine team in 2020. After working two years in Emergency Medicine, Brock craved a deeper connection with his patients and desired an optimal, unhurried environment for nurturing individuals in their pursuit of a healthy life. A lifelong Springfieldian, he studied liberal arts at New Saint Andrew’s College and earned a Bachelor’s in Biology followed by a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Missouri State University. Brock believes healthcare is 50% medicine and 50% empowering patients, and he combines his clinical training with a passion for human behavior to provide holistic, patient‑centered care in a Direct Primary Care model.
