Brieanna Seefeldt

Dr. Brieanna Seefeldt, DO is the founder and physician of Direct Osteopathic Primary Care, a Direct Primary Care practice in Denver that emphasizes accessibility, cost‑transparency, and whole‑person health. The DPC model allows her to spend ample time with each patient, provide same‑day appointments, and offer a comprehensive membership that includes osteopathic manipulation and integrative services, while being gender‑ and LGBTQ‑affirming.

Dr. Seefeldt earned her undergraduate degree with honors from UC Berkeley and her Doctor of Osteopathy from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a pre‑doctoral teaching fellowship in osteopathic manipulation at Touro, followed by a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Colorado Swedish Family Medicine Residency, where she served as chief resident. She also holds academic appointments at the University of Colorado and Rocky Vista University.
