Bridget Gruender

Dr. Bridget Gruender, born and raised in southeast Missouri, has been a Columbia resident most of her adult life. She graduated from the University of Missouri‑Columbia School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Cox Family Medicine Residency Program in Springfield, Missouri. Dr. Gruender chose Family Medicine because she values the unique, long‑term relationships she can form with patients and their families, and she enjoys caring for all ages and treating common illnesses. In her free time she spends time with her family, relaxes at the lake, reads, bakes, and practices yoga. She founded Liberty Family Medicine in July 2016 to provide affordable, personalized primary care through a Direct Primary Care model.
