About
Dr. Brian Hanna has spent years in Florence helping patients. Now, through opening his own practice, Dr. Hanna is excited about being able to spend more time with patients as he provides primary care, medical weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy. He believes in medical freedom for his patients and strives to present data and research appropriate to each condition, partnering with patients to make educated healthcare decisions for themselves and their families.
In 2006 Dr. Hanna and his family moved to Hartsville, SC, where he worked in an outpatient Family Medicine clinic for five years. He served as Medical Director at Hope Health in Florence, SC from 2010 until May 2023. In June 2023 he began his Direct Primary Care service for the Pee Dee region at Freedom Family Care, emphasizing 24/7 access, no insurance billing, and a membership‑based model that restores the traditional physician‑patient relationship.
