BRIAN FRETWELL

Mr. Brian Fretwell, the Founder and CEO of Direct Primary Care Associates, PLLC, originally hails from Vero Beach, FL, and has resided in Cleveland, TN, throughout his adult life. With a background as a former field and flight paramedic, he holds dual degrees in PA studies and Public Health from Nova Southeastern University. Over 27 years, he has amassed extensive experience in Emergency, Family, and Occupational Medicine. Under his leadership, DPCA has pioneered a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes personalized, high‑value care, transparent pricing, and added benefits for patients and employers. His vision is to improve access to quality, affordable healthcare through innovative, patient‑centered solutions. Outside his professional work, Mr. Fretwell enjoys time with his family, traveling, civic volunteerism, and philanthropy, and is an avid hunter and fisherman who supports Tennessee football.
