BRANDON FLETCHER
Family Medicine
About
With his devotion to simple and effective health care delivered with compassion, Brandon Fletcher, MD, founded Nostalgia Family Medicine in Longwood, Florida, with his wife, Emily, a registered nurse. Raised in Eastern North Carolina by a mother who was a nurse manager, Dr. Fletcher learned the value of education, hard work, and patient‑centered care early on. He earned his undergraduate degree at East Carolina University and his Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten. After completing a family medicine residency at Vidant Medical Center through the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, he worked as a hospitalist at several Florida hospitals before establishing his Direct Primary Care practice. Dr. Fletcher’s DPC model emphasizes extended office visits, telemedicine, house calls, and direct access to the physician, allowing patients to receive personalized, affordable care without the barriers of traditional insurance.
