BRADLEY JAHNKE

Dr. Bradley Jahnke, DO, is a Co‑Owner and Board Certified Family Medicine physician at Family Tree Primary Care. He co‑founded the practice with Dr. Justin Mahon to create a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model that offers patients personalized, affordable care with same‑day or next‑day appointments and direct access to their physician via phone, text, or video. Dr. Jahnke believes in “old‑school” medicine—spending ample time with each patient, eliminating insurance red tape, and providing transparent pricing for visits, labs, and medications.

He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University (Arizona) in 2014 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science at the University of Florida. He completed a Family Medicine residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando, where he also trained in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. His background in nutrition and osteopathic manipulative medicine informs a whole‑person approach to health, emphasizing preventive care, lifestyle counseling, and patient education within the DPC framework.
