Family Medicine
About
Brad “Doc” Faglie, MD has been practicing family medicine in Wise County since 2011 and is the founder and owner of Enso Direct Care. He graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in 2008 and has been voted Best Doctor in Wise County in 2020 and 2021. Dr. Faglie’s clinical focus includes metabolic syndromes such as diabetes and obesity, men’s health, fitness‑related health, and behavioral psychology, all delivered through a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes longer visits, personalized care, and a partnership with patients.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Faglie pursues a variety of interests—including culinary work with wild hog, classical violin, music composition, philosophy, and CrossFit—reflecting his belief that a well‑rounded life contributes to better patient care. Enso Direct Care’s mission, inspired by the Japanese “enso” symbol, is to free the practice from traditional constraints and provide direct, patient‑centered care that listens, adapts, and evolves with each individual.
