Belinda Castor

Dr. Belinda Castor is a board‑certified Internal Medicine physician who founded Integra Direct Primary Care to bring relational, patient‑centered care back to the forefront of primary medicine. She emphasizes longer appointments—no shorter than 30 minutes and annual physicals up to an hour—so she can truly listen, diagnose, and partner with each patient. Her practice operates on a Direct Primary Care model, removing insurance middlemen and offering transparent, affordable pricing while remaining accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for urgent needs.

Belinda earned her BS with honors from Albany College of Pharmacy and her MD from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, where she completed both her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and served as Chief Resident. After years in traditional practice, including a role as Medical Director of Credentialing for a major health‑insurance company, she recognized the inefficiencies of the fee‑for‑service system and transitioned to DPC to provide higher‑quality, more compassionate care.
