Dr. Audra Cook is a native Oklahoman and board‑certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. She earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Oklahoma Department of Family Medicine. After practicing in Duncan and Moore, OK, she moved to Ada in 2014 and served patients at Mercy Clinic. In 2021 she founded Magnolia Direct Family Care, PLLC to provide Direct Primary Care, emphasizing longer appointments, same‑day or next‑day access, and a relationship‑focused model that eliminates hidden costs and fragmented care.

Dr. Cook’s philosophy centers on personalized, high‑quality care delivered through direct access via phone, email, texting, and telehealth. She is also board‑certified in Obesity Medicine and holds additional certification through The Menopause Society, allowing her to address a broad range of health concerns for patients of all ages.
