Dr. Audra Cook is a native Oklahoman and board‑certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. She earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Oklahoma Department of Family Medicine. After practicing in Duncan and Moore, OK, she moved to Ada in 2014 and served patients at Mercy Clinic.
