Ashley Lakin

Dr. Ashley Lakin, DO is a fellowship‑trained Maternal‑Child Health Family Physician who recently joined Direct Doctors to launch her own Direct Primary Care branch. She grew up in Maryland, attended Dickinson College and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010. Dr. Lakin completed a Family Medicine residency at Brown University (Kent Hospital) and pursued a fellowship in Maternal‑Child Health, focusing on prenatal care and lactation medicine.\n\nAt Direct Doctors, Dr. Lakin embraces the DPC philosophy of providing longer, unhurried visits, direct phone and email access, and a patient‑centered approach that emphasizes whole‑family care.
