Dr. Arlene McCain is committed to partnering with individuals as they discern personal motivations for healthy change and passionately supports their inspired progress towards a thriving life. She earned a graduate certification in Integrative Therapies & Healing Practices (Health Coaching Track) from the Center for Spirituality & Healing at the University of Minnesota and was one of the first nationally board‑certified health and wellness coaches (NBC‑HWC). Dr. McCain also serves as Educational Medical Director for Bridgewater College’s M.S. Athletic Training program and as an Adjunct Professor for the James Madison University Physician Assistant program, reflecting her dedication to training the next generation of clinicians. Her practice, McCain Whole Health Care, follows a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes deeply relational, person‑centered care grounded in holistic health and spiritual well‑being.
