About
Dr. April Lynch is a Family Medicine physician who earned her osteopathic medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (KCUMB) in Kansas City, MO in 2004. She completed her specialty training in Family Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center in Fort Lewis, WA while serving on active duty, and has been board‑certified in Family Medicine since 2007. After residency she served as a medical director for Army Medical Clinics in Germany and later led the transformation of more than 40 primary‑care clinics into Army Patient‑Centered Medical Homes. In 2015 she returned to Colorado as Medical Director for the Mountain Post Army Medical Home, and in late 2017 she transitioned to Direct Primary Care, becoming Chief Medical Officer of Pinnacle Advanced Primary Care, where she focuses on individualized, comprehensive care in a DPC model.
