Anne Brock, FNP‑BC, PMHNP‑BC, brings over forty‑two years of healthcare experience, including twenty‑two years as a nurse practitioner. After a long career in nursing, urgent care, and rural health clinics, she earned a post‑master’s degree and certification in psychiatric‑mental health in 2009. In February 2022 she founded Brock Family Care as a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice, allowing patients to receive personalized, affordable care without the constraints of insurance.

Brock Family Care is a patient‑centered family medicine practice in Forest City, NC, serving patients of all ages—from children eleven and up to the elderly. By operating under a membership‑based DPC model, the practice offers flat‑rate pricing, telehealth, and a broad range of primary care services, emphasizing longer visits and a holistic approach to health.
