ANJU VISWESWARAIAH

Dr. Anju Visweswaraiah, MD, is a board‑certified family physician with more than 20 years of training and experience in full‑spectrum primary care. She earned a Biology degree with honors from the University at Buffalo and received her Medical Doctorate from Albany Medical College in 2005. After medical school she completed a family medicine residency at St. Anthony Hospitals in Colorado, then practiced at UCHealth Family Medicine in Westminster, CO, where she also taught medical students and residents. Dr. Visweswaraiah served as medical director of a primary‑care clinic within a large hospital system and earned leadership awards for innovations in primary‑care delivery.

In 2021 she founded Pragma Family Medicine to provide Direct Primary Care (DPC), a concierge‑style model that removes insurance barriers and emphasizes a deep, continuous doctor‑patient relationship. Her practice focuses on preventive care, same‑day appointments, 24/7 access, and transparent, affordable pricing, allowing her to spend more time with each family and deliver personalized, comprehensive care.
