Andy Williford

Andy Williford, MSPAS, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant with a strong background in Emergency Medicine and over a decade of clinical experience. He co‑owns and practices at Access Med, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic in Kentucky, where he emphasizes personalized, low‑cost primary care that eliminates copays and focuses on building long‑term relationships with patients. Andy’s approach centers on providing comprehensive, same‑day access, extended visit times, and direct communication through phone, text, and email to ensure patients receive the attention and continuity they deserve.

In addition to his clinical work, Andy serves as an Assistant Professor in the University of Kentucky Department of Physician Assistant Studies, where he mentors future PAs and contributes to curriculum development. He is board‑certified by the NCCPA and actively participates in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Physician Assistant Education Association.
