Dr. Andrew Awad is a dual board‑certified family medicine and obesity medicine physician who is deeply committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care through a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. After completing his medical education at Alexandria Medical School in Egypt, Dr. Awad pursued residency training in Family Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (formerly Mount Sinai South Nassau) in New York. He returned to Texas to establish Grace Health Direct Primary Care, where he combines his expertise in family and obesity medicine with a philosophy of non‑rushed, individualized primary care for individuals and families.

Dr. Awad is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Obesity Medical Association, continually staying current with modern healthcare practices to deliver patient‑centered, evidence‑based treatment.
