Anastasia (Staci) Benson

Dr. Anastasia "Staci" Benson is a board‑certified family physician and the founder/owner of Paradigm Family Health in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Southwestern University with a BA in Psychology, earned an MA in Health Psychology from Texas State University, and earned her DO degree at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Benson completed a Family Medicine residency at Methodist Health System Dallas (2011‑2014). In 2016 she opened Paradigm Family Health, a Direct Primary Care practice focused on personalized, accessible care with extended visits, same‑day appointments, and 24‑hour physician access. She emphasizes treating patients as whole people rather than just diagnoses, aiming to simplify healthcare and remove insurance‑driven barriers. Dr. Benson is married to her college sweetheart, has four children, and is active in her local community.
