Dr. Amy Scullion, MD, is a board‑certified Family Medicine physician at Preferred Family Medicine in Reno, NV. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree summa cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2018 after a distinguished undergraduate career that included four NCAA basketball tournament appearances. Following medical school, she completed a Family Medicine residency at the University of Nevada – Reno, where she served as Chief Resident and spent part of her training working at Preferred Family Medicine, gaining early exposure to Direct Primary Care.
Dr. Scullion is passionate about the DPC model, emphasizing personalized, relationship‑focused care with extended visits, direct communication, and transparent pricing. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has particular interests in sports medicine, women’s health, and pediatric care.
