AMY SCHROEDER
Family Medicine
About
Dr. Amy earned her MD from Rush Medical College and completed her Family Medicine residency at West Suburban Medical Center. Her first 15 years of practice were at Erie Family Health Center, where she delivered babies and trained family medicine residents. She later worked in value‑based care at Oak Street Health and Village Medical. When Village Medical closed its Illinois offices in April 2024, she founded Duet Family Health to practice medicine the way she envisions. Dr. Amy believes everyone should have access to health care and volunteers with projects in Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, and the local free clinic CommunityHealth.
