AMY MECHLEY
Family Medicine
About
Dr. Amy Mechley loves being a physician. She has been practicing medicine in Cincinnati, her hometown, since 1998. She married a native Cincinnatian, Dan Mechley, and they are the parents of three fantastic children. Her career as a physician is grounded on servant‑led principles. Dr. Mechley takes innovative approaches to challenging health concerns and believes primary‑care physicians must be independent to serve as true patient advocates. She emphasizes deep, trusting relationships, technology‑enabled access, and preventive, holistic care within a Direct Primary Care model. Dr. Mechley’s passion for medicine has been the cornerstone of her over 20‑year career. She began as a teaching clinical professor with the University of Cincinnati/The Christ Hospital Family Medicine Residency, holds leadership roles in health‑system transformation, and co‑founded Integrated Family Care in 2017 to deliver patient‑centered, DPC‑focused primary care.
