Dr. Amy-Jo Bekong, DO, is a board‑certified family physician who earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing a pre‑doctoral year in osteopathic manipulative therapy in 2016. She then completed her Family Medicine residency at Harnett Health and the Campbell University Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine. Beginning her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse over 17 years ago, Dr. Bekong brings that compassionate, hands‑on experience to her role as a fervent patient advocate.
