I’m Amy Brown, a Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of MainelyNP Primary Care, where I believe healthcare should be personal, accessible, and rooted in trust. As a Nurse Practitioner, I bring both medical expertise and a whole‑person approach to primary care. My goal isn’t just to treat illness and disease; I want to help patients understand their bodies, make informed choices, and build sustainable habits that support lifelong health.

MainelyNP operates as a Direct Primary Care practice, offering unlimited access through calls, texts, and same‑day visits without insurance hassles. I focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health, and lifestyle medicine, empowering patients to take charge of their wellness in a supportive, relationship‑focused environment.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine, and I am board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
