Amanda Neil, APRN, is the owner and operator of Ultimate Health Direct Primary Care, LLC in Leesburg, Florida. She earned her nursing degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and is certified as an Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner. Following the 2020 Florida legislation that allowed nurse practitioners to practice independently, Amanda founded the clinic to deliver affordable, high‑quality primary care without the constraints of traditional insurance.

Neil’s Direct Primary Care (DPC) model centers on personalized, 24‑hour access to her patients. By charging a single monthly membership fee, she provides unlimited routine and preventive visits, lab work, imaging, weight‑loss programs, and same‑day services such as IV therapy.
