AMANDA KUBIS

Mandy Kubis serves as the Nurse Practitioner for Western Illinois Home Provider Care. Her healthcare journey began in 2008, accumulating diverse experience in oncology, med‑surg, and emergency room care before transitioning to in‑home care in 2015 as a Case Manager for Western Illinois Home Health Care. She earned wound‑care certification (WCC) in 2019 and became a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‑BC) in 2023. Kubis is passionate about Direct Primary Care, helping rural communities receive personalized, transparent, and convenient primary care delivered directly to patients' homes.

In her role, Kubis emphasizes longer visits, direct communication via phone, email, and text, and a focus on preventive wellness and chronic disease management. Outside of work she enjoys crafting, supporting her children’s sports activities, and traveling internationally with her husband.
