Dr. Meadows originally hails from Muncie, IN. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Chicago and earned her Medical Degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency through the Oregon Health and Science University’s rural Family Medicine program, located in Klamath Falls, OR. Outside of medicine, she most enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking, running (completing the occasional triathlon), and traveling.
