Dr. Alli Wolfe, M.D. is a board‑certified family physician who founded Triad Direct Primary Care to bring a patient‑centered, relationship‑focused model of care to her community. After moving to North Carolina in the spring of 2019, she witnessed firsthand the limitations of the traditional insurance‑driven system, especially during the COVID‑19 pandemic. Those experiences inspired her to create a Direct Primary Care practice where patients receive unlimited visits, same‑day or next‑day appointments, and direct communication via phone, text, and email, all without the constraints of third‑party payers.

At Triad DPC, Dr. Wolfe emphasizes holistic, preventive care and strives to keep patients healthy and out of the emergency department. She offers a wide range of services—from routine physicals and pediatric care to chronic disease management and in‑office procedures—while fostering long‑term doctor‑patient relationships built on trust, accessibility, and individualized attention.
