ALEXIS DIETZ

Dr. Alexis Dietz, D.O. FAAP is a board‑certified pediatrician from North Port, Florida. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, followed by graduate school at the University of South Florida. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York and returned to Florida to complete a pediatric residency at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale. Throughout her career she has worked in several pediatric clinics and led quality‑improvement projects to enhance patient care. Dr. Dietz has witnessed how administrative burdens can lead to physician burnout and a depersonalized practice environment. To address this, she adopted a Direct Primary Care model that allows ample time with patients and families, emphasizing old‑fashioned service and a small‑town feel within a larger city. She currently lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband, two sons, and two golden retrievers.
