Dr. Alexandra Santiago, DO, is a board‑certified family physician and owner of BrightHEALTH Family Medicine & Wellness. Before medicine, she was a competitive athlete and personal trainer, which shaped her belief in the healing power of lifestyle changes. She earned a degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Miami, attended Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her residency at Medical City Fort Worth. Dr. Santiago balances her practice with family life, enjoying tennis, yoga, running, and time with her two children and husband.
