Aleea Gupta

Dr. Aleea Gupta is a board‑certified family physician who earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Florida and completed a Family Medicine residency at Overlook Hospital in New Jersey, an affiliate of Columbia University. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has practiced family medicine for more than 20 years, caring for multiple generations of families in the Chicago suburbs.

Dr. Gupta founded Family First Direct Primary Care to bring the Direct Primary Care model to her community. She believes that patients deserve uninterrupted, personalized care without the constraints of insurance paperwork or rushed appointments. At her practice, patients receive unlimited office visits, extended 30‑ to 60‑minute appointments, and direct access to Dr. Gupta via phone, email, text, and video chat. This model allows her to spend the time needed to truly listen, address concerns, and focus on preventive health.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Gupta is committed to serving a diverse patient population.
