ADELOLA ASHAYE

Dr. Adelola Ashaye is a board‑certified Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience. She earned a B.S. in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and received her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2007. She completed a Family Medicine residency at MacNeal Family Medicine Residency in Berwyn, Illinois, where she later served as a faculty member and Center Director.

In 2020 Dr. Ashaye founded InTouch Primary Care, a Direct Primary Care practice in Sugar Land, Texas, to provide unhurried, patient‑centered care. Her DPC model emphasizes same‑day or next‑day appointments, direct communication via phone, email, or text, and a holistic focus on lifestyle medicine, preventive health, and chronic disease management. She strives to build long‑term relationships with patients, empowering them with education and personalized wellness plans.
