Dr. Adam Owens has over 10 years of experience in Family Medicine. Since then, he has been practicing in Durango, providing high-quality adult internal medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health. He also has a special interest in acute/urgent care and sports medicine. Prior to founding Durango Primary Care, he served as the team primary doctor for Fort Lewis College athletics. Dr. Owens is a volunteer clinical professor of family medicine with the University of Colorado and spends one day a week seeing patients alongside a medical student.
