About
Dr. Adam Murdock began his medical journey with a year of prostate cancer research at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio before attending the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. After completing a General Surgery internship, he finished his residency in Family Medicine at the Baylor Family Medicine program. Since becoming board‑certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Murdock has served as a physician and medical director in a variety of settings, including primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine. He is the founder of Murdock Health, a Direct Primary Care practice that emphasizes personalized, relationship‑based care, affordable cash‑based pricing, and direct communication with patients.
At Murdock Health, Dr. Murdock believes that a DPC model allows him to spend more time with each patient, focus on preventive health, and address the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. He is committed to building long‑term partnerships with his patients, offering same‑day appointments, telehealth visits, and a transparent fee structure that removes the barriers of insurance paperwork and copays.
