ADAM BARRAGAN

Dr. Adam Barragan, D.O., is the founder and owner of Align Direct Primary Care. He created the practice to provide unrestricted, patient‑centered care where each patient’s health goals are the top priority. Using the Direct Primary Care model, Dr. Barragan limits his panel size to ensure ample time, same‑day access, and personalized support, allowing him to address multiple concerns in unhurried visits and to communicate via phone, text, email, or video when appropriate. His philosophy emphasizes preventive care, lifestyle coaching, and building long‑term relationships with patients.

Dr. Barragan completed his Family Medicine residency at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL, after earning his osteopathic medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine at Virginia Tech. He is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. In addition to comprehensive primary care, he incorporates osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) to help patients manage acute and chronic pain, and he actively engages patients in community health initiatives such as local fitness sessions and nutrition workshops.
